Verdict
Oobit Business is a corporate card program for registered companies that want to run spending from a stablecoin treasury — not a rewards card for individuals. Cards run on Visa, are issued against a company USDT balance held in the business’s Oobit account, and settle directly against that dollar balance. There is no published cashback or rewards program on the corporate card.
The top line: no per-card fees and no tier upgrades to unlock seats, but Oobit publishes no full pricing schedule, and onboarding is demo-based. Custody is custodial — Oobit holds the treasury. If you want cashback or self-custody, this is the wrong product.
Rewards and fees
There is no rewards rate to report. Oobit Business advertises no cashback or rewards on its corporate cards, so the issuer publishes no reward rate and no reward currency for this product. The “up to 10% cashback” you may have seen belongs to the separate consumer Oobit Card, not Oobit Business — do not expect it here.
On fees, Oobit states there are no per-card fees and no tier upgrades to unlock seats, which is why the card fee reads as zero. But that is narrow: Oobit publishes no full business pricing or account-fee schedule — sign-up routes through “Get started” or “Book a demo” — so a zero card fee is not a verified absence of any platform or account fee. Treat pricing as something to confirm on the demo call.
Custody and funding
The money sits with Oobit. The treasury is held in USDT in the company’s Oobit account, and cards are issued against that stablecoin balance; when a card pays, the transaction settles from the balance held in the Oobit account. That is a custodial model — distinct from the consumer Oobit Card, which connects your own wallet.
USDT is the only stablecoin currently supported for treasury and payments, though Oobit says additional stablecoins may be supported depending on region; the chains or networks for USDT are not specified. This is hold-and-spend, not convert-at-checkout: cards settle directly against your dollar-based balance, “with no conversions, spreads, or delay.” Cards work anywhere Visa is accepted — online, in-store, and in Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Cards, controls, and who can get one
Card issuance is marketed as unlimited — issue as many as your team needs, with no per-card fees or seat tiers. Oobit documents Employee, Contractor, Team, Travel, and Expense cards, each with per-card and per-employee spending limits configurable from the dashboard. Controls extend to roles, approvals, and limits across cards and treasury, with real-time visibility and a clear audit trail. Transactions export automatically to NetSuite, Xero, and QuickBooks, with live tracking and auto-categorization.
Eligibility is for registered companies, not individuals. Oobit Business is available across 100+ countries, with products and features depending on regional availability and licensed partners; no US entity is required to hold and receive dollars. Onboarding is KYB — company legal documents, director KYC, a business-activity description, and authorized card managers — with applications typically approved within 48 hours. No issuing bank is named.
Who it is for
Get it if you run a registered company and want corporate cards funded from a USDT treasury, with unlimited seats, per-card spend controls, and automatic export to NetSuite, Xero, or QuickBooks — and you are comfortable with Oobit holding the funds and confirming pricing on a demo call.
Skip it if you are:
- an individual, or anyone without a registered company to pass KYB;
- after cashback or rewards — that is the consumer Oobit Card, not this;
- set on self-custody, or on a named issuing bank; or
- unwilling to book a demo to learn the full pricing.
